Is that all? No, sleep music is much more than merely a way to fall asleep faster. It is among the most underrealized way of staying healthy. Yes, the method is pretty simple, yet people do not use it as frequently.
Why does sleep music matter?

Poor sleep (quantitative and qualitative) causes increased inflammation, insulin resistance, metabolic health issues, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. All this may lead to more severe health issues like diabetes, heart disease, increased stroke risk, dementia, and more.
A few years back, researchers considered sleep issues just one of the contributing factors to various health conditions. However, now science views sleep as an independent risk factor for depression, diabetes, and many other health conditions.
Benefits of sleep music
So, stop viewing sleep music as a minor utility. Instead, if you start using it regularly, it may make you healthy, quite like a balanced diet and exercise.
There are many ways in which the music may help. Such music has a relaxing effect and thus can help reduce stress and anxiety and may even induce specific brain waves, helping you fall asleep faster and have a better sleep.
It would also help improve your sleep hygiene. For example, if you start listening to sleep music at a fixed time in the evening, it will ensure that you are getting good quality sleep. But first, you need to enhance your sleeping hours, and you will notice that sleep quality also improves over time, and sleep music can help.
