Siddhasana (Adept Pose)

Padmasana (Lotus Pose)
It is among the most popular poses to meditate on, and it is thought good for opening up chakras, quietening the thoughts, help relax. It is also good for spinal health.
Vajrasana (Sitting on the heels)
Some people find it difficult to fold their legs in a lotus or adept pose, and such people may prefer this particular pose. Apart from meditation, it is also regarded as good for digestive health.
There are many other poses good for meditation, like Swastikasana (Auspicious Pose) and Sukhasana (Easy Pose). However, poses or asanas are of secondary importance if you want to connect to power.
